ARNICA MONTANA

The rare Arnica montana is a bright yellow aromatic wildflower that grows in mountainous regions of Europe. It is often referred to as leopard's bane. In folklore, humans discovered the power of arnica when they spotted mountain goats seeking out the arnica plant whenever they injured themselves after falling. Historically used as a natural remedy for bruising and sore muscles, arnica lends its anti-inflammatory properties to relieving sore skin.

1. After cleansing in the morning and evening, apply a small amount of Ultimate Recovery where necessary. 
2. Leave to absorb before applying sunscreen. Use more often if required.
