AlumierMD Account Transfer

Everything you need to know about transferring your AlumierMD account to Skintique.

What is an account transfer?

AlumierMD is a professional skincare brand where your account is linked to a specific clinic. If you're currently linked to another clinic and want to buy from Skintique, AlumierMD simply updates your clinic association to us in the background. Your AlumierMD account stays the same — your purchase history, account details and products are unaffected. It's quick and free.

Why can't I just buy straight away?

AlumierMD requires that each patient account is linked to one clinic at a time. This ensures you have access to professional skincare guidance and online support from your chosen clinic. Once your clinic link is updated to Skintique, you'll be able to purchase any AlumierMD product from our store and receive remote skincare advice from our team.

How does it work?

Log in and click "Request Transfer to Skintique"

First, make sure you're logged into your Skintique account. Then visit any AlumierMD product page — if your account is currently linked to another clinic, you'll see a blue "Request Transfer to Skintique" button. Clicking it sends an email to AlumierMD on your behalf asking them to update your clinic link to Skintique.

AlumierMD will email you to confirm

AlumierMD's customer service team will send you an email to confirm you want to switch your clinic link. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) and simply reply "yes" to approve.

AlumierMD processes the transfer

This is handled by AlumierMD's team. Most transfers are completed the same working day if requested before 2pm (Monday–Friday). There's nothing you need to do during this step.

We email you when it's complete

Once we detect that your transfer has gone through, we'll send you an email with a direct link to shop. If you saved products to a draft order while waiting, the email will include a checkout link with everything ready to go.

You're verified — shop freely

From now on, every time you visit an AlumierMD product page while logged in, you'll see a green "verified" badge and can purchase immediately. No more transfer steps.

While you wait

You can browse AlumierMD products and build a draft order while your transfer is being processed. Click "Add to My Order" on any product page to save it. Once your transfer is approved, we'll email you a checkout link with all your saved products ready to go.

Common questions

Does it cost anything?

No. Transfers are completely free.

Will I lose my purchase history from my current clinic?

No. Your AlumierMD account and history remain intact. You're simply changing which clinic you purchase through going forward.

Can I transfer back to my old clinic later?

Yes. You can request a transfer to any AlumierMD clinic at any time using the same process.

I clicked "Request Transfer" but haven't heard anything?

Transfers are processed Monday–Friday before 2pm. If it's been more than one working day, check your spam folder for an email from AlumierMD asking you to confirm, or WhatsApp us and we'll chase it up for you.

I've already transferred but the site still says I need to?

Click "Already transferred? Click to recheck" on the product page. This re-runs the verification check. If it still shows as not transferred, the change may not have been processed yet on AlumierMD's side.
