If you've never used retinol: Retinol Resurfacing 0.25 , 2 nights per week initially, increasing slowly. If you've used OTC retinol consistently: 0.5 . 1.0 is for established AlumierMD retinol users only.

Initial skin smoothing 2–4 weeks. Visible fine line and tone improvement 8–12 weeks. Dramatic resurfacing results at 6 months. Don't rush the strength — patience compounds.

Possibly. Initial breakouts in weeks 2–4 are common as cell turnover accelerates. Combine with HydraCalm and don't over-apply. If purging is severe, drop frequency, don't quit.

Yes — but not the same night. Retinol on rotation with vitamin C (AM only), exfoliants (AHA Renewal alternate nights), and SPF every day. Book a consultation for the full sequence.
