HYPO21 Disposable Compressed Towels are dry, chemical-free cotton wipes designed to be paired with HYPO21's signature Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) skincare sprays. Unlike standard pre-moistened wipes, these compressed "coin" tissues start life as a small dry tablet and only expand once fluid is added — offering a hygienic, preservative-free vehicle for applying medical-grade skin treatments without absorbing or destabilising the active ingredients.
Why HYPO21 Compressed Towels are different
Most wipes are pre-moistened with a chemical solution to keep them stable on the shelf, which works against pure HOCl — a sensitive molecule that degrades on contact with standard wipe preservatives. HYPO21's compressed towels solve this by staying completely dry until use, so the only liquid that ever touches the fabric is the HOCl spray itself, applied fresh at the moment of use.

How to use
- Place one compressed cotton tablet into a clean container or the palm of your hand.
- Spray your chosen HYPO21 solution — such as the Purifying Skin Spray or Baby Skin & Nappy Care Spray — directly onto the tablet.
- Allow it to absorb and fully expand, then unroll gently and use to cleanse, soothe or treat the affected area.

All orders are sent via a tracked service and you will be emailed a tracking number once dispatched.
Express delivery is available for some brands at an extra cost with a cut off time of 2pm and subject to stock.
Express delivery and high-value orders over £100 are sent with a Tracked 24 signed for delivery.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and is estimated to be delivered after dispatch within 2-4 working days for standard shipping and 1-3 working days on an express service. Subject to stock availablity.
Cut-off for standard shipping orders is 3:30 pm (2:00pm Fridays) subject to stock.
