How do I introduce a Medik8 retinal without irritation?
Apply a pea-sized amount to dry skin at night, twice a week for the first fortnight, then build to alternate nights and finally nightly as tolerated. Always follow with a moisturiser and use SPF every morning, since vitamin A makes skin more sun-sensitive. If you see flaking, drop back a step rather than stopping altogether.
