What Is Acacia Seyal Gum Extract?
Acacia seyal gum extract is one of two types of gums extracted from trees in the genus Acacia, the other being Acacia senegal. Both are also referred to as gum arabic, and are polysaccharides, types of complex carbohydrates consisting of sugars that are bound together.
