What Is Diethylene Glycol …?

Diethylene Glycol/Propylene Glycol/Dipropylene Glycol Dibenzoate is the mixed reaction product formed by the esterificaton of Benzoic Acid with Diethylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, and Dipropylene Glycol.

Its declared cosmetic functions are emollient, plasticiser and skin conditioning.
