HDI/PEI-45/SMDI Crosspolymer is the crosslinked polymer formed by the reaction of PEI-45 with saturated methylenediphenyldiisocyanate (SMDI) and hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI).
Its declared cosmetic functions are absorbent and plasticiser.
