What Is Lactobacillus … Ferment Extract?
Lactobacillus/Rice/Camellia Sinensis Leaf/Taraxacum Platycarpum Ferment Extract is the extract of the product obtained by the fermentation of Oryza Sativa (rice), the leaves of Camellia sinensis and Taraxacum platycarpum by the microorganism, Lactobacillus.
Its declared cosmetic functions are bleaching and skin conditioning.
