What Is Norwegian Kelp Extract?
Norwegian kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum) is harvested from the cold, nutrient-rich waters of the North Atlantic. This brown seaweed is exceptionally rich in minerals, vitamins, and unique marine polysaccharides.
The extract provides a wealth of trace minerals including iodine, calcium, magnesium, and potassium that support skin health. Its polysaccharides form a protective film that hydrates and protects.
Kelp extract also contains natural antioxidants that help protect against environmental damage and support skin vitality.
