What Is Polysilicone-21?
Polysilicone-21 is a composite powder produced by first reacting Bis-Vinyldimethicone with Hydrogen Dimethicone to form silicone elastomer particles. Excess silicon hydride groups on the surface of the elastomer particles are reacted with methyltrimethoxysilane, tetramethylorthosilicate, and trimethylsilanol to form a resinous coating on the elastomer particle.
Its declared cosmetic function is viscosity controlling.
