PPG-2 Arginine is a compound formed by combining propylene glycol (a common humectant) with arginine, an amino acid naturally present in the skin. This ingredient functions primarily as a humectant and skin conditioning agent in skincare formulations.As a humectant, it works to draw moisture into the skin's outer layers. The arginine component may also contribute mild skin conditioning properties, helping to maintain skin texture and feel.
