What Is Ppg-2 Hydroxypropyltrimonium Cellulose?

PPG-2 Hydroxypropyltrimonium Cellulose is the quaternary ammonium salt prepared by the reaction of Hydroxypropylcellulose, propylene oxide and glycidyltrimethylammonium chloride in which the average propoxylation value is 2.

Its declared cosmetic functions are emollient, hair conditioning and skin conditioning.
