Sodium Cocoyl/Olivoyl Hydrolyzed Oat/Wheat Protein is the sodium salt of the complex mixture formed by the reaction of cocoyl chloride and olivoyl chloride with Hydrolyzed Oat Protein and Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein.
Its declared cosmetic functions are antiplaque, cleansing, emollient, hair conditioning, oral care, skin conditioning and surfactant.
