Cetyl Peg/Ppg-15/15 Butyl Ether Dimethicone is the copolymer of Cetyl Dimethicone and a butyl ether of a derivative of Dimethicone containing an average of 15 moles of ethylene oxide and 15 moles of propylene oxide.
