What Is Exo-P?

Exo-P is a biotechnology ingredient derived from Alteromonas, a marine bacterium found in the extreme environment of deep-sea hydrothermal vents. This microorganism produces exopolysaccharides that protect it from harsh conditions.

When applied to skin, these exopolysaccharides form a protective film that shields against urban pollution, heavy metals, and other environmental aggressors. The ingredient works like an invisible shield over the skin surface.

Exo-P represents the growing field of marine biotechnology in skincare, harnessing the survival mechanisms of deep-sea organisms for skin protection.
