What Is Linoleamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate?
Linoleamidopropyl PG-dimonium chloride phosphate is a skin and hair conditioning ingredient. It can also be used as a surfactant. According to one of its suppliers, it is a phospholipid complex designed to mimic phospholipids that occur naturally in the body, depositing fatty acids onto skin.\n\nLinoleamidopropyl PG-dimonium chloride phosphate can be made synthetically or naturally derived from safflower oil. It is a liquid in its raw form. Typical usage level is between 0.1–1%.
