What Is Mineral Oil?
Mineral Oil is a highly refined, purified petroleum derivative that has been used safely in cosmetics for over a century. Cosmetic-grade mineral oil is thoroughly purified and is non-comedogenic despite common misconceptions.
It functions as an excellent occlusive, creating a protective barrier that prevents moisture loss. While it doesn't provide active benefits, it effectively protects and softens skin.
