PEG-18 Glyceryl Oleate/Cocoate is a synthetic emulsifier derived from natural sources—glycerin, oleic acid (from olive oil), and coconut oil. It belongs to the polyethylene glycol (PEG) family of ingredients, which are widely used in cosmetics to help bind together ingredients that would otherwise separate.In skincare formulations, this ingredient acts as a bridge between oil-soluble and water-soluble components, allowing formulators to create stable creams, serums and cleansers.
