What Is Sea Whip?
Sea whip extract is derived from Pseudopterogorgia elisabethae, a soft coral found in Caribbean waters. It contains pseudopterosins, unique compounds with potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
Research has shown that pseudopterosins can be as effective as hydrocortisone for reducing inflammation, but without the side effects associated with topical steroids. This makes sea whip ideal for sensitive and reactive skin types.
