What Is Sucrose Mortierellate?
Sucrose Mortierellate is the ester of Sucrose (q.v.) with the fatty acids derived from Mortierella Oil (q.v.).
Its declared cosmetic functions are emollient, emulsifying, skin conditioning and surfactant.
