What Is Tourmaline Powder?
Tourmaline Powder is the powder obtained from finely ground tourmaline which is a complex silicate of boron and aluminum, containing varying amounts of iron, magnesium, manganese, calcium, sodium, potassium, lithium, and fluorine.
Its declared cosmetic functions are bulking and cosmetic colorant.
