Application: Shake well before use. Apply evenly and generously to clean, dry skin 15-20 minutes before sun exposure. Ensure complete coverage of all exposed areas on face and body.

Frequency: Reapply frequently, at minimum every 2 hours during sun exposure. Reapply immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.

Timing: Apply before sun exposure. Avoid sun exposure during peak hours (11am-3pm) when UV radiation is strongest.

Important Guidance: Babies and young children should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Always use protective clothing, hats and sunglasses in addition to sunscreen. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
