What Is Bioflavonoids?

Bioflavonoids are a group of plant pigments found in citrus fruits, berries, and other colourful plants. They include compounds like hesperidin, rutin, and quercetin, each with specific benefits for skin health.

These compounds support vascular health, helping to strengthen capillary walls and reduce the appearance of broken capillaries and redness. They also provide significant antioxidant protection.

Bioflavonoids work synergistically with vitamin C, enhancing its absorption and effectiveness while providing their own complementary benefits.
