Enzyme that helps stabilise formulas and prevent degradation

What Is Glucose Oxidase?

Glucose oxidase is an enzyme that helps stabilize formulas and prevent degradation. It works by producing a small amount of hydrogen peroxide, which has preservative properties. Research shows it also has skin-soothing and antioxidant properties. Used in small amounts, it is not considered a skin sensitizer.
