What Is Kaolin Clay?
Kaolin is a soft, white clay named after Kao-ling hill in China where it was first mined. It is the gentlest of all clays, making it suitable for sensitive and dry skin types.
While kaolin absorbs oil and impurities, it does so more gently than other clays without over-drying. It also provides a silky texture and helps products glide smoothly.
Kaolin is often used in gentle cleansers, masks, and cosmetic products.
