PEG-40 Castor Oil

PEG-40 Castor Oil is a polyethylene glycol (PEG) derivative made by chemically modifying castor oil with ethylene oxide. This creates a compound that is both water-soluble and able to bind with oils, making it useful as an emulsifier and surfactant in skincare formulations.In skincare products, it serves a functional rather than active role.
