What Is Polyurethane-66?

Polyurethane-66 is a urethane polymer formed by reacting a polymer of 1,4-butanediol that contains an average of 28 moles of butylene oxide with a combination of isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and 1,3-bis(isocyanomethyl)cyclohexane. The polymer is end-blocked with hydroxybutyl acrylate.

Its declared cosmetic function is binding.
