What Is R-Bovine Oligopeptide-1?
r-Bovine Oligopeptide-1 is a single chain recombinant bovine protein fragment produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is directly isolated from a bovine source which codes for Epidermal Growth Factor. The protein contains a maximum of 83 amino acids and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
Its declared cosmetic functions are astringent, humectant and skin conditioning.
