Tetrapeptide-39 Hexapeptide-40 Nonapeptide-20 r-Spider Polypeptide-3 Decapeptide-30 is a single chain recombinant fusion peptide, produced by fermentation in Lactobacillus The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from r-Spider-Polypeptide-3, Tetrapeptide-39, Hexapeptide-40, Nonapeptide-20, and Decapeptide-30. The fused peptide contains 134 amino acids and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.

Its declared cosmetic functions are hair conditioning and skin protecting.
