What Is Zerumbone?

Zerumbone is an oil-soluble sustainable plant compound extracted from the stems of the full-grown wild ginger plant, Latin name Zingiber zerumbet. This plant, native to Asia but sourced for cosmetics from Madagascar, is a rich source of potent antioxidant compounds.
