FAQ

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

It's formulated to be gentle and includes soothing arnica, but as it contains exfoliating acids we'd always suggest a patch test first.

How often should I use it?

Use it once or twice daily, morning and evening, after cleansing.

Is it suitable for acne-prone skin?

Yes. It helps reduce congestion and refine texture, using lactic acid and 0.25% salicylic acid, and suits acne-prone and oily skin.

How do I apply it?

Apply a small amount to cleansed skin using a cotton pad, then follow with your moisturiser, and sunscreen during the day.

Do I need sunscreen while using it?

Yes. It contains AHAs and BHA that can increase sun sensitivity, so wear a daily broad-spectrum SPF and limit sun exposure while using it.

What does it do for my skin?

It gently exfoliates cellular debris with lactic acid and Lime Pearl™, while Superox-C™ from Kakadu plum adds a boost of vitamin C to brighten and improve luminosity.

Delivery

All orders are sent via a tracked service and you will be emailed a tracking number once dispatched.

Express delivery is available for some brands at an extra cost with a cut off time of 2pm and subject to stock.

Express delivery and high-value orders over £100 are sent with a Tracked 24 signed for delivery.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and is estimated to be delivered after dispatch within 2-4 working days for standard shipping and 1-3 working days on an express service. Subject to stock availablity.

Cut-off for standard shipping orders is 3:30 pm (2:00pm Fridays) subject to stock.
