More Information

Additional Product Information

Size: 50ml

Texture: Rich cream with a brief sheen before it settles

Skin Type Suitability: Dry, dehydrated and mature skin; too rich for oily or congested skin

Free-From Claims: No added fragrance

Packaging: Airless pump

Special Notes

Not vegan: contains a beeswax-derived ester (polyglyceryl-3 beeswax) and honey extract

Storage: Cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

Sibling product: HydraLight is the lightweight equivalent for normal to oily skin, sharing the same peptide and niacinamide base

Directions

How To Use

Application: One to two pumps, morning and evening, after cleansing and any serums. Massage into face, neck and décolleté until absorbed.

Frequency: Twice daily

Timing: The final step at night; before SPF in the morning

Layering: Apply after water-based serums, before sunscreen

Expert Tips: Give it two minutes before make-up — applied straight underneath, the emollients can lift a foundation. On very dry skin, pressing a second layer onto the driest areas works better than using more overall.

Key Ingredients

Key Active Ingredients:

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter — The main occlusive. Rich in stearic and oleic acids, it forms a soft barrier that slows water loss, and is what gives the cream its cushioned finish.

Niacinamide — Vitamin B3. Supports the skin's own ceramide production, so the barrier improves rather than simply being covered. Also helps with redness and uneven tone over time.

Sodium Hyaluronate and Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid — Two molecular weights. The larger holds water at the surface; the hydrolysed form is small enough to sit further into the upper layers, so hydration is not purely superficial.

Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38 and Tetrapeptide-14 — Signal peptides AlumierMD include for the appearance of fine lines and skin firmness.

Glutathione — An antioxidant the skin makes itself and depletes under stress. Included here alongside green tea and rooibos rather than on its own.

Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil — High in linoleic acid, a component of healthy barrier lipids, so it replenishes rather than simply sitting on top.

FAQ

Is HydraDew too rich to use in the morning under make-up?

It can be, if you apply make-up straight over it. The emollient content — shea butter, castor and safflower oils — needs a couple of minutes to settle, and foundation applied immediately on top may slide. Give it two minutes and most people have no trouble. If you consistently do, HydraLight is the lighter option in the same range.

What is the difference between HydraDew and HydraLight?

Oils. HydraDew contains shea butter, castor and safflower seed oils and a beeswax-derived ester; HydraLight has essentially none. Both share the same peptide, niacinamide and antioxidant base, so you are choosing texture and how much the formula seals moisture in, not a different treatment. HydraDew for dry skin, HydraLight for normal to oily.

Is it vegan?

No. The formula contains polyglyceryl-3 beeswax and honey extract, both bee-derived. If you need a vegan moisturiser, ask our team and we will point you to alternatives in the range.

Can I use it while I am using a retinoid or acid?

Yes, and it is a common reason people choose it. Retinoids and acids often leave skin feeling tight and papery, and a richer moisturiser applied afterwards makes that easier to tolerate. Apply your active first, let it absorb, then HydraDew over the top.

How long will a 50ml pump last?

At one to two pumps twice daily, most people find it lasts around two to three months. Airless packaging means you get to the end of the bottle rather than leaving product behind.

My skin still feels tight an hour later. Am I using it wrong?

Possibly not enough, or your skin may need more than a moisturiser can give on its own. Try pressing a second layer onto the driest areas rather than using more overall. If it persists, that is worth a conversation — persistent tightness can point to a compromised barrier rather than simple dryness.

Hydradew - Lovely product

I love Alumier and this moisturiser does not disappoint. It goes on well and with 2 pumps you can do your face, neck and decolletage. If you use an Alumier serum first, you only need one pump. I use the cream morning and night.

A great all rounder for anyone who needs more hydration without a heavy consistency. Good for acne prone skin and lasts all day. Good for use in the day and night.

A little goes a long way!

Lovely silky smooth moisturiser which sinks into the skin. I’d been using HydraRich through the winter, but this is silkier on the skin - HydraRich has a consistency more like a night cream.

Is really heavy hydration cream!

Is really heavy hydration cream! Really good to use in winter. It hydrates my dry patches in two go and dry patches fully heal back to healthy skin. But if is summer, I think this might be heavy. Oily skin avoid!
Their light cream is best in summer but if you more prone to have acne, use the smooth one, falling in love with that recently. Not had a break out since using.

So hydrating!

I absolutely love Alumiere products. Their HydraDew is so moisturising and I find it essential, especially in the winter months. The cold weather and central heating can be really harsh on my skin, but using HydraDew keeps my face wonderfully hydrated. I use it at night after a double cleanse.

AlumierMD HydraDew Moisturiser, 50ml
AlumierMD

AlumierMD HydraDew Moisturiser | 50ml

£69.50

Product Overview - AlumierMD HydraDew

The richer of AlumierMD's two daily moisturisers, built for skin that runs dry rather than merely dehydrated. Where its sibling HydraLight is nearly oil-free, HydraDew leads with an emollient stack — shea butter, castor and safflower seed oils, and a beeswax-derived ester — then layers in niacinamide, sodium hyaluronate and two peptides. AlumierMD describe it as restoring moisture and supporting the barrier against environmental stressors.

Key Benefits at a Glance:

Immediate Benefits:
Long-Term Benefits:

Dry skin loses water faster than it replaces it, and a moisturiser that only humectates without sealing tends to leave it in the same place each morning. The oil and butter content here is doing the sealing, while niacinamide supports the skin's own barrier lipid production over weeks rather than days. AlumierMD include a clinically proven peptide for the appearance of fine lines, alongside glutathione, green tea and rooibos as the antioxidant layer.

How will it feel on my Skin?

Genuinely rich — a soft cream that needs a moment to work in, and leaves a faint sheen for the first ten minutes before it settles. Not greasy, but you will know it is there, which is the point on dry skin. Under make-up it is best given a couple of minutes. If your skin is normal or oily, this will feel like too much; that is what HydraLight is for.

Who is it Suitable For?

Why choose AlumierMD HydraDew?

The choice between HydraDew and HydraLight is really a choice about oils. HydraDew has them — shea butter twelfth in the list, plus castor and safflower — and HydraLight has almost none. Both share the same peptide, niacinamide and antioxidant backbone, so you are picking a texture and a level of occlusion, not a different treatment.
